Cost:

  • Deposit of $50.00 to secure a calendar date

  • Balance of facility fee is $200.00 and due on day of the event and before key is given.

  • Deposit is not refundable.

  • 2 Dumpsters available, $35.00 fee for each additional dumpster needed.

  • Non-smoking facility

  • All items, decorations removed at the end of event - if not clean a $100.00 charge will be added.

     Private Events - Includes Use of:

  • Kitchen

  • Tables

  • Chairs

  • 2 Ranges

  • Glass Door Refrigerator

  • Chest Freezer

  • ***Gas Grill May Not Be Used

  • Lessee provides own dishes, utensils and linens.
